Privacy policy
What this static educational site can process locally, what it does not transmit, and what must change before any production data collection.
Scope
This policy covers pages and browser-local interactions on imsuccesslab.com. The site provides educational playbooks and field notes. It does not cover historical versions of the domain or unrelated services that may link here.
Data you enter
The plan, newsletter and contact forms accept text for local validation. In this static build, submissions are intercepted in the browser, then fields are cleared. There is no configured form endpoint, mailing platform, account system or database receiving those values.
Local storage
The site stores one browser-local value named imsuccesslab-consent to remember whether the cookie notice was accepted. That preference remains on the device until browser storage is cleared. Form values are not written to local storage.
Server logs
A hosting provider may automatically record request time, IP address, user agent, requested path and response status for security and reliability. Retention, access controls and legal basis depend on the chosen provider and must be documented by the production operator.
Analytics and advertising
No analytics, advertising pixel, profiling script or behavioural endpoint is configured in this build. If these are added, the operator must update this policy and consent controls before activation, identify vendors and purposes, and provide required opt-out choices.
Sharing
The static site does not sell or share form data because it does not receive it. Infrastructure vendors may process technical request data under their own contractual roles. A future mailing or form vendor must be listed and assessed before use.
Retention
The consent preference remains in local storage until cleared. Hosting logs should be retained only for a defined security period. A production operator must establish deletion schedules before collecting enquiries, subscriber details or research participation records.
Your choices
You can clear local storage through browser settings and use the educational pages without submitting a form. Depending on applicable law and future processing, rights may include access, correction, deletion, objection or restriction. A real contact route is required before personal data collection begins.
Children
The material is intended for adult practitioners and is not designed to collect information from children. No account or age-profiling mechanism is present.
Changes
Material changes should be dated and explained on this page. A privacy notice must describe actual processing, so it should be reviewed whenever hosting, analytics, email or form infrastructure changes.
