Terms of use
Conditions for using IM Success Lab educational material, browser-local tools and representative examples.
Acceptance
By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. These terms apply to the current independent educational project, not archived versions or products previously associated with the domain.
Educational purpose
Playbooks, worksheets and field notes provide general educational information. They are not legal, tax, financial or investment advice and do not guarantee traffic, rankings, revenue or business outcomes.
Your decisions
You are responsible for evaluating recommendations against your audience, systems, contracts, platform policies and applicable law. Test changes safely, preserve backups and obtain professional advice where consequences are significant.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malware, scrape in a way that harms availability, impersonate the project or use material to make deceptive income claims.
Intellectual property
The current text, design and original illustrations are protected to the extent permitted by law. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and adapt worksheet ideas for internal practice, but may not republish the site as your own product.
Third-party services
Links may lead to external documentation or tools. Their availability, terms, privacy and accuracy are controlled by their operators. A link is not an endorsement or affiliate recommendation unless expressly disclosed.
Local forms
Forms in this build validate in the browser and do not transmit or store entries. A success message confirms local validation only. Do not rely on a form submission to contact the project.
No warranties
The site is provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, compatibility with every system or a particular marketing result. Claims should be checked against current primary sources.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the project is not liable for indirect loss, lost revenue, ranking changes, platform action or decisions made solely from educational content. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes and governing terms
These terms may change when features or infrastructure change. The effective date identifies the current version. A production operator should name the applicable jurisdiction before offering paid services or collecting contractual submissions.
